Aadhaar-verified KYC
Identity is verified with an Aadhaar OTP. Once verified, your name cannot be edited by anyone, including our own staff.

Is Arupama free to use?
Yes. Arupama is free to download from Google Play. You pay only for the recharges, services and products you buy.
How do I add money to my wallet?
From any UPI app: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and others. You can also save the payment QR to your gallery and pay from another phone.
When are my rewards credited?
Rewards arrive as scratch cards. Scratch a card and it credits your wallet straight away, with the TDS shown on the credit.
Why do I need KYC?
Basic KYC with an Aadhaar OTP lets you use the app. To withdraw money you also need Full KYC, which adds a verified PAN. It keeps accounts genuine and payouts safe.
What happens if a recharge fails?
It is held and reviewed by our team rather than written off. You can raise a support ticket against the exact transaction from the app.
Is there an iPhone app?
Arupama is on Android today. An iPhone version is on the way.
